Rob has served with VP3 since 2004, putting his mind and heart to the ongoing development of the VP3 Pathway of processes. Over this time he and Randy Reese coauthored a book entitled Deep Mentoring: Guiding Others on Their Leadership Journey (InterVarsity, 2012), a great primer on understanding VP3’s hospitable, particularizing, deepening, and patient way of developing people. He and his wife Sarah live in Sioux Falls, SD, with their children Elliott, Rosie, and Rhys.
