A Way of Life
A Way of Life is a discipleship process designed to help adults discover how to live a life of love, rooted in Christ, for the sake of others.
This sequel to The Journey provides a meaningful next step for those who want to continue growing in their spiritual maturity and leadership development. It explores three core themes essential for lifelong discipleship, inviting participants to:
- a fuller understanding and practice of a life attentive to God,
- a deeper and more confident sense of God’s unique calling in their life, and
- a way of structuring and ordering their life toward a lifelong apprenticeship with Jesus.
Prerequisite: The Journey

How A Way of Life Works
- Groups of adults are led by a VP3-trained leader or facilitator.
- The process can be completed over 6-8 months, but does allow for flexibility to match your context.
- Participants engage in readings, reflections, and simple practices between gatherings.
- Groups are invited into rhythms of prayer, attentiveness, and sharing that encourage long-term growth.

I felt on my way to training that I had a toolbox full of my abilities, my insights, my understandings, my capabilities and when I got to the training I realized that box was not very full… when I left I felt like I had a full box of the right stuff. I left feeling equipped.
