A Leader’s Journey in a Fractured World

Three-sessions
Wednesdays, April 22, 29, and May 6
12:00 – 1:30 PM CT

If people skimp on their inner work, their outer work will suffer as well.
Parker Palmer

Living truthfully and faithfully while serving others has become increasingly difficult and lonely nowadays. In public ministry or leadership, we can more or less hide behind our personality and performance, but underneath this, so many of us simply long to be heard and recognized as persons with unique stories, questions, and callings. It is as we pay attention to our lives that an awareness of the Spirit’s life begins to develop and deepen within.

This three-session course offers a restorative Zoom experience rooted not in more tactics but in depth, companionship, and listening that renews meaning. Together we’ll tend the inner life that sustains spiritual leadership in a divided and fractured world.

Week 1: The Self You Lead From
Identity, Fatigue, and Listening to Your Life

Week 2: The Company You Keep
Belonging, Friendship, and the End of Going it Alone

Week 3: The World You’re Called to Love
