Ultimately, the purpose of The Journey process is the development of people, not the mastery of the materials. Our leader training goes beyond the basics and helps you understand how adults best learn and grow, ensuring your small group becomes a place for transformative growth.
Journey Facilitator Trainings
We offer The Journey training in two different ways.
In-person:
• A two-day Journey Facilitator Retreat will dive deeper into the lifelong dynamics of investing in and developing adults, and provide space for like-minded adults looking for deeper spaces to seek the Lord together. Cost is $250 per facilitator.
• A special one-day retreat option in Canada—a unique opportunity that offers the best of both the two-day retreat and the online training. It’s ideal for leaders who want the richness of in-person connection but in a shorter format. Cost is $175 USD per facilitator.
Online:
• Online Journey Facilitator Training lasting 2.5 – 3 hours, will dive straight into the process and best practices for facilitating. Cost is $175 per facilitator.
Both types of training include a one-year subscription to VP3 Leaders + (ongoing resourcing and support).
