For the past eleven years the ministry of VantagePoint3 has been inviting people to discover more deeply who God is, who they are and what God desires to do through their lives. The ministry has seen more than 7,000 persons go through one or more of our processes, which have helped deepen and empower them in the context of their local community. We have been affirmed by our Board to take “another step” in our development… …as a ministry organization by doing what we can to expand our efforts in communicating who we are and what we offer to help deepen and empower adult believers in local settings in the areas of discipleship and leadership formation. With that in mind we are pleased to announce to you that we have hired Brian Steenhoek to serve in the area of Advancement. Brian’s responsibilities will include overseeing our marketing and recruitment efforts. Though Brian begins his work here on March 1, he starts full time on August 15. Brian comes to us with a love for the Lord, a desire and calling to serve the Kingdom through the ministry of VantagePoint3, and a seasoned experience base of pastoring, church planting and real estate sales. He was recently the founding church planting pastor of Voice of Hope Church in Wayland, MI, where he has also served on local and national church planting and leadership initiatives with the Reformed Church of America. Brian, his wife Geselle and their children will continue to reside in the Michigan area for the foreseeable future. Brian has warm heart and a contagious laugh. We are excited and honored he has joined our team and the ministry of VantagePoint3
